Tony Trent

Background
Tony has lived in the Alderney and Wallisdown area for all of his life and is proud to call it home. He understands the issues that matter most to local residents and is passionate about protecting the character of the community.

Experience
Tony has served the Wallisdown and Alderney area first as a Poole Councillor, and now as a BCP Councillor, working closely with residents and community groups to tackle local problems and improve the area. From dealing with anti-social behaviour, liaising with the police, to protecting local services, Tony has always focused on standing up for the community.

He played a key role in helping turn a resident-led vision into Bourne Valley Park, creating a valued green space for local people to enjoy. Tony also helped save a volunteer run youth club that continued to serve young people in the community for many years. He is hoping to revive similar services for young people in our area.

Tony believes strongly in working with residents to get things done, supporting local groups and helping bring people together to improve the area.
