Crispin Goodall
Background
Crispin lives in Parkstone, on Harbour View Road with his wife Jeanette. He has been part of the Poole community for many years, running his own, local, design studio.
Experience
Crispin continues to play an active role in the local community. He is involved with Poole and Parkstone Productions, where he volunteers as publicity officer and chairman. He has helped organise concerts and shows in Poole and surrounding areas and was a founder of the P&P Singers.
Crispin also produced a number of popular local history books including books about the New Forest and AFC Bournemouth. Since being elected as a BCP councillor in 2023, he has worked closely with residents’ groups, helping tackle local issues and standing up for the community.
Community & Interests
Crispin is a passionate supporter of local arts, culture and heritage. He also represents the area on the Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority, actively supporting local fishing businesses. In his spare time he enjoys attending AFC Bournemouth matches as a season ticket holder and spending time with his grandchildren.
Emily Pankhurst
Background
Emily lives in Poole with her three children who attend local schools.
Experience
Emily has served as a councillor for Parkstone for the past three years, working hard to stand up for local residents and support the community.
She has previously worked as a teacher and home educator, giving her first-hand experience of the challenges facing local families. Emily has a strong record of action. She has volunteered with youth clubs, the Cubs, has been a member of school PTAs and supports her children’s football teams. She can often be found out and about in Parkstone, litter picking and reporting local issues.
Emily also enjoys guerrilla gardening, helping keep the community clean and green. Emily has also worked in fraud prevention, retail and hospitality, bringing a practical, positive approach to solving problems.
Community & Interests
In her spare time, Emily enjoys being active locally with her children, exploring local parks, cycling and playing football. She is an avid reader and passionate supporter of local libraries.
