Tory confusion grows over flat building

Conservative claims on overdevelopment have plunged them into confusion.

Campaign leaflets from local Conservative candidates try to blame the Lib Dem Council.

Yet, their own MP told the House of Commons that the Council "is no longer allowed to make its own judgment as to the planning requirements needed for its area."

Everyone knows that only a change in the law can give Bournemouth Council the power it really needs.

That's why the Lib Dems are calling on the Labour Government to do so.

The Tory candidates should do the same - or are they more interested in trying to win your vote than get the facts right?
